50 Ways to Love Your Puzzles Music Trivia&Auction

Support our fundraiser "50 Ways to Love your Puzzles" (apologies to Paul Simon) as part of the annual Georgina Falt Memorial Music Triva Game and Auction. This is an email based music trivia tournament in support of the Alzheimer Society of B.C. where participants solve a series of puzzles pertaining to songs and/or artists.

Your entry deadline is Thursday, Sept. 23 and the Music Trivia Game and 'one-bid' online Auction start Friday Sept. 24.  Both end on Tuesday Oct. 5 and we will announce auction results on Wednesday, Oct. 6, and Music Trivia Game results on Friday, Oct. 8.

There are five sections of 10 puzzles each for a total of 50, thus the name.

Participants enter on teams of two. Entries are a minimum donation of $10 per person or $20 for the team of two (minimum donation of $15 per player for tax receipts from the Alzheimer Society of B.C.).

Anyone is eligible to play from anywhere since this is not an in-person event. Once entries are received, the puzzle package will be sent to a team member. Once it's filled out, it must be returned during the time frame of the game between Sept. 24 and Oct. 5 by email to

The winning team will be the recipient of the coveted Georgina Falt Memorial Mind Games Music Trivia trophy.

All tournament participants will also be eligible to make bids in an email silent auction of about 30 different items. It will be a best-bid one-time auction for each player and the highest bidder receives the item, with all proceeds to the Alzheimer Society.
