Canada Day ride is just around the corner, thanks Angela T to design the bike route on July 1st (Saturday).

Here is some other info.

Team A: 156km
Team B: 100km

1) Support car will be provided; KK Chan and Paulen Chan will be the support crew.

2) Washroom break: Prospect point at Stanley park.

First water /supply station: Spanish bank at kitslano beach, where snack, seasonal fruits and water will be provided.

Second water/supply station: Iona beach in Richmond.

Third water/supply station: To be confirmed, suggest at no.7 road and river road, where the washroom is.

3) No registration fees

4) It's a fundraising ride in support of Alzheimer Society of B.C. Donation is not "Mandatory". Just do it at your comfort level, no stress, no hassle. We will send you the "link" to make the donation on line, or else you may donate cash or cheque, we will take care of it too.
