Welcome to 2017 Climb for Alzheimer's

In its sixth year, Climb for Alzheimer’s is an invigorating hike or a relaxing stroll and a great way to raise funds for the Alzheimer Society of B.C.  Your support helps fund support services, education and programs and research for a cure.  Those with dementia face an uphill journey everyday.  Participate in Climb for Alzheimer's on September 24, 2017, to help them up the mountain.

Teams fundraise and hike the Grouse Grind together on event day.  Don't have a team or enough people to fill a team?  No problem.  Individual participants are encouraged to sign up and we can assist with placement in an established team where you will meet like-minded individuals who want to make a difference.

Each participant sets a suggested fundraising target of $500 or more and we provide an online fundraising page that allows you to share your story and collect donations.

The Summit Stroll, presented by Neptune Terminals, is a great option to participate in Climb for Alzheimer's for people who would like to participate without doing the Grouse Grind.

Participants of the Summit Stroll will make their way around the exhibits at the peak of Grouse Mountain.  Visit with Coola and Grinder at the bear habitat, take in Disneynature's Wings of Life in the Theatre in the Sky, or simply take a leisurely stroll around the different walking paths and exhibits.
